Product information "The Inner Critic Unplugged - quick checkout"
Join this FREE Circle with mental health coach Alistair Richardson to explore and release self-sabotaging negative thought patterns.

This supportive and empowering circle will help you break free from the grip of negativity to embrace a more positive and balanced mindset.

In this circle, we will be addressing how to differentiate your own internal voice from the thoughts that ruminate in our minds. We will be looking at how the inner dialogue we tell ourselves is built on pre-existing nurtured concepts, values and beliefs that we rarely choose to objectively ask why we value or believe them and where they came from originally. We will be looking at the difference between what 'negative' and 'positive' thoughts are and how we associate these to memories to build up our bias toward one or the other. We will be addressing the neuroscience and physiological impacts of negative thoughts and how these can also impact us in maintaining the beliefs we hold.

Featuring expert practitioner Alistair Richardson, who brings a relaxed and positive energetic nature to all of his Circles, holding a comfortable space open to everyone regardless of background and previous experience in self-enquiry work.

To ensure privacy, safety and confidentiality, circle participants are never recorded.
